How much does shipping cost?
We offer Standard and Registered shipping.
Standard shipping is free to all countries. (Order number is included however you will not receive tracking number)
Our 'Registered' shipping and packaging costs are as follows:
- Ireland: Registered post; $7.50
- Rest of the world: United States, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, EU & European countries and everywhere else: Registered Shipping; $9.99

How can I pay?
We accept payments via PayPal and all credit/debit cards. We cannot offer COD as of now, but be assured your payment is safe via PayPal or debit/credit card.
Do you have a size guide?
Yes, all product descriptions contain bracelet measurements. Make sure you pick the correct size to fit your wrist! Our bracelets come in 2 sizes, 7inches / 18cm (fits most females) and 7.5 inches / 19cm (fits most males). If you want 2 different sizes than make sure to note that in the 'Additional comments' or 'Special instructions for seller' section at checkout.
Note: Sizes may differ by a few centimeters due to varying sized beads as all beads are unique.
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are shipped via Standard Post from Ireland unless you have paid extra for Registered Shipping. If you paid for Registered Shipping, you will receive a tracking number with your order. After placing an order we will process your order within 0-2 business days. Items take anywhere from 3-20 business days to get to you after being shipped out depending on where you are situated. Customers normally receive their bracelets within a week. If you feel that your order may be lost in the post, please contact us and we will sort it our for you as soon as we can.
Note: Sale items may take up to 7+ business days to be dispatched due to high demand. Also, international orders can face delays while being processed through customs. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Can I refund my order?
Once you place your order, you have 12 hours to correct any mistakes you made while placing your order. After that you may not refund or exchange it unless the issue is a fault of our own.
Can I change the address I submitted?
After placing an order, you have 12 hours to correct any mistakes you may have made while placing an order before your order items are shipped out. We cannot request the address/order to be altered in any way once it has been shipped out. Please ensure all details are correct upon purchasing.
What should I do to take care of my bracelet?
We recommend not wearing your bracelet in contact with water or any other liquids in extremity (a couple drops of water will not cause damage). Also we recommend you not to stretch your bracelet to maintain a comfortable fit. Always roll the bracelet off of your wrist instead of pulling/forcing it off as this may cause damage to the elastic cord that holds the beads together.
